as part of the graduate program, students are required to do a live brief: in this case we did AAA School, introducing their new positioning as well as new communication strategy.

the task was to develop a new product (fantasy/fake) using an iconic figure in history and developing a marketing sales pitch and product graphics.

the international L'Oreal brand-storm is a high level competition that requires marketing students to develop and execute top notch marketing strategies and prove exactly why they are made for that industry.

Project: MTC Namibia Facebook

Social media is a brilliant way to communicate to ones customers, and since its measurable it can lead your brand in the right direction in terms of effective marketing usage: This is one of the pages i ran; MTC Namibia, the largest mobile telecommunications provider in the country... it was crazy!

Project: Nandos Namibia Facebook

Nandos is on of of the greatest brands to emerge from South Africa, with its witty and funky brand personality it has become a household name: social media is one of the platforms that allow this brand to engage and interact with its customers. Nandos Namibia have jumped on this band wagon and have executed it very well, reaching a total target of over 10 000 fans over a 5 month period and reaching over 230 000 within that time frame of promotions​

Project: Top Score Facebook

Top Score a champion locally milled brand, is the benchmark for quality in the maize meal category. Top Score is energy, giving you personal performance power. as the Facebook landscape in Namibia grows, the Namib Mills has realized the importance of incorporating Social media in the communications strategy to allow for live interaction and feedback from consumers​

​Corner Bakery Namibia:

Corner Bakery, is one of South Africas fastest growing franchise group under Retsol as a holding company. Corner Bakery can be found at amlost any Engen service station and Engen Quick Shop service stations. In Namibia the idea to have them on Social pages, is to create a sense of community to warm Corner Bakery into the locals heart and offer the locals anything and everything to do with Fresh.

Checkers South Africa, is one of South Africas largest retail supermarket. Checkers operates in various regions of Africa and I had the privilege to work on their digital marketing that included Social Media. One of my favorite campaigns was the Checkers mini grocery campaigns which had South Africa drooling for more and giving its fellow competitors such as pic n pay a run for their money.

Rum Brands under Pernod-Ricard:

I worked on Malibu Rum, Havana Club and Red heart Rum - This was through an agency called Brand Union who specialized in strategic marketing. They led as the lead agency for these brands.
